While we know that sometimes the inevitable happens please provide us with 24-hours notice if canceling or rescheduling.
A credit card is required to book all appointments. The card will not be charged, it is simply to hold the time you requested.
Failure to give 24-hour notice will result in your card being charged $25.00
We start and stop all times accordingly. Please be on time for your appointment as all services will be concluded on time which means your service time might be shortened.
We are not responsible for lost or missing items or jewelry. Therefore we do ask that you leave any valuables at home prior to your appointment.
Our location is on the second floor and has stairs, no elevators. Please keep this in mind before you make your appointment.
Please let the Spa Coordinator know if you have any extenuating circumstances that the esthetician should know. Such as advanced pregnancy (3rd trimester) or any recent surgeries that would make laying down for an hour uncomfortable.
